Thanksgiving has (and never will be) the same without my Dad. He got up at 5am every Thanksgiving to start cooking. He'd use the bread-maker and make delicious home-made bread, he'd make a HUGE turkey, ham with his special glaze, and delicious stuffing among other things. But, my mom tries, and she has managed to make a delicious Thanksgiving dinner all on her own for three years now. I baked Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes with Honey Cinnamon Cream Cheese frosting and Snickers Cupcakes for Justin's family Thanksgiving dinner. & I baked Apple Crisp for us the next morning for breakfast. Justin couldn't make it to town so it was just me & baby bear.
